When you donate to the North Carolina Legislative Black Caucus Foundation (NCLBCF) you are supporting students seeking a higher education at one of the 10 participating Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in North Carolina.

For over thirty-five (35) years, the NCLBCF has provided support to higher education in North Carolina by awarding need-based scholarships to students attending one of the HBCUs.
